I’m sure we could add a lot more but you get the idea. If you have a group with 20 people or less, you may want to look into a group rate. Give us a call if you would like to make arrangements to rent kayaks for your group. Or you can go ahead and make your reservations below.
Rules, Regulations, and Cancelation Policies for Group Rates:
Cancelations: Cancelations must be made at least one week in advance of your reservations in order to get a full refund. If there is inclement weather we can reschedule your group for a later date, or issue a refund if another date can not be agreed upon. Check out our weather information page to see more information on inclement weather.
Age: Must be an adult to be able to rent. That adult must stay with the group. Children under 14 must be on a kayak with an adult and should be able to paddle and be able to control themselves. All children should be signed for on location and must be accompanied by a legal guardian, or parent. Siblings, boyfriends and girlfriends are not legal guardians.
Respecting Nature: Do not plan on partying on the bayou with a lot of alcohol or anything of a disruptive nature. Beverages are fine to bring, but if it is alcohol, it is best to drink in moderation. We do not want drunk people operating our equipment and alcohol is not a good mix on the bayou with the summer heat and sun. Please do not litter and whatever you bring on your trip with you, please make sure that you take it with you when you leave. All garbage can be disposed of in the proper garbage bins when you return from your adventure, or we can dispose of it for you.
What we want from you: We want you to enjoy the bayou and the surrounding wildlife. We want you to explore the area how you would like and we want you to be careful with safety in mind. We want you to leave with a better understanding of what some of the wildlife is like in the Houston area. We would like you to share your experience about the Armand Bayou Watershed with friends and family. One of the ways that we can continue to preserve this little pocket of life in the Houston area is to have you and your group share your experiences with others. Take lots of photos and have fun. And if you enjoyed the kayaking part of your adventure and the services that we offer, you can drop us a review of your kayak trip. If you would like to support the Armand Bayou Watershed more, you can check out the Armand Bayou Nature Center and visit or donate to their non-profit organization. All of their donations go towards preservation on and around Armand Bayou.
